02nd December 2013 Sri Lanka Shippers' Council welcomes the Budget Proposals on ShippingThe Sri Lanka Shippers Council (SLSC) in a statement welcomed the 2014 Budget saying it has addressed many issues relating to the unfair trade practices prevailing in the shipping industry for many years. In view of the above the Council met H.E. the President Mahinda Rajapaksa on Frida, 29th November 2013 at the Temple Trees to discuss on removal of THC and other shipping related matters declared in the recently concluded budget speech. |
